The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within two weeks of receiving the goods.<\/strong>\u00a0The revocation does not need to include a reason and must be submitted in writing (letter, fax, email) or by returning the product to the\u00a0Kunze Trading Company and Agency<\/strong>\u00a0to explain; timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.<\/p>

The customer is obliged to return the goods when exercising their right of withdrawal. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer when exercising their right of withdrawal, unless the goods delivered do not correspond to the goods ordered.<\/p>

The customer must pay compensation for any deterioration in the goods resulting from their intended use. The customer may examine the delivered goods carefully and cautiously. The customer shall bear any loss in value resulting from use beyond the scope of such examination that renders the goods unsuitable for sale as \u201cnew.\u201d<\/p>
