The bitter substances contained in yellow gentian, such as amarogentin, bind to bitter substance receptors in the skin and thus stimulate the formation of protective proteins and lipids. The miracle tuber "potato" combines many positive properties: For example, it contains all kinds of B vitamins and vitamin C.
